We source all of our ground beef from Deer Hill Wagyu in Cazenovia, New York, a farm known for its commitment to high-quality genetics and exceptional animal care. Less than 0.05% of all cattle in the United States qualify as Full Blood or Purebred Wagyu, making this beef truly unique and packed with flavor!
